Pilster Photography is growing in all it's amazingness. This means that we've branched off our kick butt second shooter as a storytelling associate (AKA Superstar Photographer). James has regularly been helping us make awesome images over the past couple years. Now when things don't work out for me to be there you still have an opportunity to have the Pilster Photography storytelling style! I will miss shooting side by side with him, but this only gives us the chance to double our supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! So without further ado here is Danna and Alex's wedding tale. Here is James to narrate....
Hi folks! I'm James Shaffer, Pilster Photography's Associate Storyteller, and it's a pleasure to inform you that this is my first posting for "WEirD bUT CoOL," and I am looking forward to being a frequent contributor to this blog. So here goes!
Danna's pleasant and laid-back nature made the entire day a super-fun shoot. It would be a sin not to mention Alex's enthusiasm, patience in posing for the fun shots and his ability to multi-task. Not only did he get married, but he did the flowers (He owns his own floral shop) and played the ceremony music! They are a great couple and were having fun from start to finish.
It was especially exciting to shoot at such an incredible venue as Ceviche on Church Street Station in Orlando. There's ample room for a ceremony, and generous space for a reception with great balcony views of thriving Church Street. The entire venue is meticulously decorated, yet pleasantly ornate. The food is the shining star here, as the guest were served delectable Spanish dishes and Tapas.
It was a flawless day for the newlyweds; from the guitar serenade by Alex during the ceremony, to the last dance complete with bubbles, it was surely one of the most memorable days as a storyteller. Congratulations Danna and Alex!
How many people can you fit in an elevator? A lot if you are all friends!
