Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant, Orlando, Florida wedding reception of Fernanda and Derrick

So the reception had been going on for a while and I thought it was a good time to go and make some more portraits with Fern and Derrick. They had mentioned this cake shop across the street from Ceviche that they wanted to check out. When we wen there the door was open to this awesome venue which is kind of in flux right now called the Cheyenne Saloon and Opera House.

This is the type of place that you think only exists in a western movie. There is a staircase in the middle of the building that goes up three stories. The bars are all wood with spinning stools in front of them. In corners are awesome little artifacts like this buffalo head. I hope that they reopen this place, it has some amazing potential!

We wrapped it up with a plank and then it was back to the party!

This guest did an awesome backflip (twice even!), but unfortunately he didn't quite make it..

Ouch!

Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant, Orlando, Florida wedding ceremony of Fernanda and Derrick

The only thing missing was a little monkey named Curious George and the man in the Yellow Hat. Fern and Derrick went all out with the color yellow and it was awesome! Derrick had all of his groomsmen wearing yellow ties, handkerchief, boutonnieres and even socks. On the other end of the spectrum Fern had her girls wearing yellow shoes and their bouquets were sunflowers!

The other color of the day was black. This only made yellow just pop out!

If you missed it they even were featured in BrazilUSA. It helped too that Fern's mom and dad are the publishers. In case you missed it, here is the original e-session too.

Fern even got a facial before the wedding while some of her bridesmaids gave her a foot massage. I'm surprised she didn't fall back to sleep.

On Wednesday look for part two at the reception!
