The Summerlin House. In the heart of downtown Orlando's Thornton Park this house sits as a monument to a simpler time, when Florida life didn't involve busy schedules, late nights, or even air conditioning (There is indoor space, but a large patio for outdoor ceremonies and receptions). The house has since been updated and is a standing example of this 1910's lifestyle.
The website describes the venue as being "Built in 1915, this historic home will welcome your guests with the character and charm from the past. As you pass through the home and through the french doors onto the deck you will find a quaint courtyard that is perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions."
The courtyard and other locations all stick to the old Florida theme while adding elegance with their versatile pagodas and event furnishings. This is definitely a great venue if you are looking for something more vintage.
